Engagement Manager (Outsystems) (Lisbon) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to be the primary interface between our clients and our development teams. You will be instrumental in defining the vision, managing the scope, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex OutSystems projects, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This is a critical role that combines Strategic Account Management, Agile Project Leadership, and Low-Code Platform Expertise. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Agile Methodology: Apply OutSystems agile practices (Scrum based) and best practices. Business Analysis: Document requirements, translate business needs into user stories, and manage scope. Stakeholder Management: Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and influence decisions. Financial Control: Track project finances, forecast margins, and manage invoicing. Design Thinking: Use Design Thinking to frame vision, define personas, and validate concepts. Key Skills & Qualifications Experience: Previous roles in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership in digital delivery. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence; experience with OutSystems itself is highly valued. Methodologies: Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and business analysis skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication (English C1 mandatory), negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
