Assunto: MA – #Candidate Name# Marketing & Admissions Specialist Principais Responsabilidades: Gestão ativa de leads e potenciais candidatos nacionais e internacionais ao longo de todo o funil de admissões; Contacto direto com candidatos; Acompanhamento estruturado do candidato desde o primeiro contacto até à matrícula; Gestão e atualização do CRM e de outras ferramentas de admissões, garantindo qualidade de dados e follow-up eficaz; Monitorização e análise de KPIs de admissões; Apoio na implementação de estratégias de recrutamento com base em dados e resultados; Produção de relatórios regulares e análise do impacto de campanhas; Colaboração com a equipa na criação e otimização de comunicações e campanhas de marketing; Participação na organização de eventos, open days, webinars e feiras nacionais e internacionais; Articulação com outros serviços da Universidade para garantir eficiência e consistência nos processos. Perfil: Formação superior em Marketing, Gestão, Comunicação, Economia, Relações Internacionais ou áreas similares; Forte orientação comercial e para resultados; Capacidade analítica, conforto com métricas e dados e domínio de excel; Excelente comunicação, empatia e foco no candidato; Organização, proatividade e espírito de equipa; Fluência em português e inglês; Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional e internacional; Experiência com CRM e admissões/marketing educacional é valorizada.
