We provide services to clients in different sectors both in the national and international markets.Our goals are provide a complete set of services, from the simple staffing to a more complex service catalog driven approach always supported in three main pillars: commitment to deliver, transparency and deep respect and investment in our team.We are looking for an AI Product Tech Lead to be part of our team and grow with us.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similarProven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Technical Leader in complex platformsStrong background in Java as the main stack, particularly Spring BootSolid experience with Event-Driven Architecture, especially KafkaHands-on experience integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into enterprise platformsExperience designing cloud-native, services-first and scalable architecturesStrong knowledge of DDD, service decomposition, API and schema designExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and data migrationsExperience with Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and containerizationKnowledge of security and observability fundamentalsStrong documentation and written-design skills (ADRs, HLA, sequence diagrams)Fluency in EnglishBeing part of GBL Tech means:Integration in a company in continuous growthContinuous training according to the needs of each employeeCareer monitoring and progression
