We’re Hiring: Data Governance Officer (2x Lisbon)We are looking for a Data Governance Officer to strengthen our data management and governance capabilities. If you have a strong background in data quality, governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to meet you.Requirements4+ years of experience in Data Governance.Knowledge of data modelling, cataloguing, lineage and data quality principles.Experience with data governance and BI tools (e.g., SQL, data catalog platforms).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset, problem-solving ability and autonomy in fast-paced environments.Relevant certifications in data management/governance are a plus.Fluency in Portuguese and English.Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon.ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance data governance practices across the organization.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data domains and standards.Maintain and evolve data catalogues and governance processes.Contribute to data quality, metadata management and data stewardship initiatives.Promote best practices and foster a strong data culture.
