Proven experience (approximately 4 years ) in 2nd level Application Support ; Fluency in German and English is mandatory; Solid background in Helpdesk / Service Support operations; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office , with strong proficiency in Excel ; Strong problem-solving and research capabilities; Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar) for incident and service request management.
