We are looking for an AgenticAI Technical Consultant to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of intelligent agents in collaboration with the AI architecture team Develop AgenticAI solutions aligned with the practices and standards defined by the AI Factory Ensure compliance with internal security, privacy, and regulatory standards Contribute to the continuous evolution of the AI Factory’s methodologies, tools, and frameworks Integrate into established ways of working, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, and other squads Support agent orchestration and integration with Microsoft cloud services Work across various use cases within the AgenticAI Squad, including potential temporary repositioning into other squads when needed Required Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and implementing AgenticAI solutions Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, including: Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Agent Framework Azure Machine Learning Azure Copilot Agent orchestration and cloud integrations Experience with Azure DevOps (backlog management) and GitHub (repositories, pipelines) Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI governance Availability for on-site presence in Lisbon (minimum 3 days per week) Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills Why Join Us?
