What Youll Do in This Role As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring transport operators uphold the rights of passengers. Understanding each customers unique situation and providing support for their legal claims. Managing legal claims with various stakeholders, including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies, to assess the validity of the customers claims.
