Requirements
- Proven experience in the Fashion Retail sector.
- Strong taste for PREMIUM customer service and experience in KPI management.
- Ease of communication (command of English) and a love of contact with the public.
- Leadership spirit and a love of developing teamwork and unity.
- Good talent retention skills through active recruitment and internal team development.
