Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the improvement of the technological risk framework (including the technological contingency component).
- Determine and analyze technological risk indicators (including technological contingency).
- Monitor the evolution of relevant and critical IT incidents, as well as occurrences in operational risk.
- Track mitigation measures derived from relevant and critical IT incidents and operational risk occurrences.
- Validate the annual Disaster Recovery calendar.
- Oversee the annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests.
- Follow the annual review of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of the Directorate.
- Analyze the gaps between RTO/RT (Recovery Time Objective/Recovery Time) and RPO/RP (Recovery Point Objective/Recovery Point) and identify/monitor the defined measures.
- Ensure the currency of the information in the Directorate's Operational Continuity Plan (PCO) and the Technological Recovery Plans.
- Centralize the Directorate's contribution to the Bank's Resolution and Recovery Plans, as well as Operational Continuity and Resolution (OCIR).
- Review the processes associated with the Area.
- Produce reports on activities, incidents, etc., both internally and for external entities.
