DevOps Engineer

Position: DevOps - Azure Cloud Specialist Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week) Languages: English (B2 minimum); French is a big Plus (B2 minimum) Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s genuinely passionate about building innovative, high-quality products and modern cloud platforms. You’ll join a senior, highly committed engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our next-generation cloud infrastructure — enabling fast, secure, automated software delivery. Required Skills & Experience Experience 4–6 years of DevOps engineering experience in cloud-driven environments. Core Technologies Strong experience with IaC tools , especially Terraform (public & private cloud). Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab or Azure DevOps . Knowledge of GitOps principles and tools (e.g., ArgoCD ). Experience with public & private cloud environments (Azure, OpenStack). Proficiency with container orchestrators such as Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift). Experience with configuration & secret management tools (Helm, Consul, Vault ). Systems & Infrastructure Knowledge Strong understanding of Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu). Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP, HTTP). Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis . Familiarity with observability stacks: ELK , Prometheus , Grafana . Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with microservices architectures and containerization best practices. Understanding of cloud-native and serverless architecture patterns. Passion for automation and reducing operational overhead wherever possible. Affinity with financial markets, fintech, or wealth management .
