As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to hire a Private Equity Real Estate Analyst to join our investment team. Role Mission The Private Equity Real Estate Analyst supports the investment team across the full real estate investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. The role contributes directly to the execution and performance of opportunistic and value-add real estate investments in Portugal. Key Responsibilities Support the sourcing and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities in Portugal; Assist in the due diligence process, including industry and market research, rental and yield benchmarking and identification of potential red flags; Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing real estate investments across different asset classes; Prepare investment memos, analysis and presentations for the IC; Support financing processes with banks, creditors and other relevant stakeholders; Assist in equity raising processes, including the preparation of investment teasers and responses to investor requests; Review and discuss transaction documentation, providing analytical support to the investment team; Compare business plans and budgets with actual performance, analysing variances and underlying drivers; Participate in the definition and implementation of fund strategies; Monitor the financial performance of portfolio investments, tracking actual results against forecasts; Support the quarterly investment reporting process. Must-Have Requirements Relevant Experience 1–3 years of professional experience in investment, private equity, real estate, or corporate finance roles; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Investment or a related field. Technical & Analytical Skills Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of corporate finance; Experience modelling full real estate assets and businesses across different asset classes, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and clearly summarize results; Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure; Strong sense ofownership, accountability, and commitment to deadlines; Entrepreneurialmindset with a proactive, hands-on approach; Previous experience in real estate is considered a plus.
