The RoleYou will join the Cyberdefence and Digital Fraud (CDF) department, which defines and drives the Group’s cybersecurity strategy. Within CDF, you will be part of the Security Review Management (SRM) division—four specialised teams responsible for ensuring a strong, consistent security posture across the Group:Cyber Programme Assessment: cyber maturity reviewsRed Team: offensive security testingCyber Assessment: technical audits, M&A due diligence, third‑party evaluationsReview Coordination & Remediation: review lifecycle management and remediation oversightYou will be integrated into SRM04 – Review Coordination & Remediation, a transversal team that centralises risk, monitors corrective actions, and works closely with Red Team, Cyber Assessment, and Cyber Programme teams.What You Will DoTechnical AnalysisReview and analyse security assessment reports (pentests, red teaming, technical audits).Identify key vulnerabilities and assess the quality of findings.Provide clear, practical recommendations.Remediation OversightSupport entities in understanding risks and remediation expectations.Evaluate and challenge remediation plans.Analyse evidence (logs, configurations, scans), validate corrections, and track progress.Prepare concise reporting for Group governance.Review CoordinationSupport the full review cycle: scoping, kickoff, delivery, and follow‑up.Ensure clear communication and smooth execution with entities.Cross‑Functional CollaborationContribute to process and tooling improvements within SRM04.Coordinate with technical teams, Red Team, ISA, Cyber Programme, and Audit functions to ensure alignment and avoid duplication.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in cybersecurity (pentesting, technical audits, SOC/IR, security assessments, etc.).Strong understanding of attack techniques and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).Experience analysing Red Team / Pentest deliverables.Solid knowledge of security domains: IAM/PAM, monitoring, hardening, secure architecture, patching, vulnerability management.Ability to assess technical evidence, challenge experts, and clearly break down complex issues.Fluent in English.
