We are looking for a proactive Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation using Playwright and Selenium, combined with a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle. Will collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables through efficient automation strategies.Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.- Collaborate with Product Owners and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing clear and structured test cases.- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.- Act as a bridge between QA and development teams, ensuring alignment on quality goals.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in test automation.- Strong proficiency in Playwright and Selenium.- Solid understanding of the software testing process, including scenario design and execution.- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Work Model: Hybrid 2x weekLanguages: portuguese and english ( B2 )
