By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. /ppAnalyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox. /ppIdentify stakeholders, process interfaces, manual activities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end workflow. /ppSupport and manage operational bottlenecks in the current mailbox handling process. /ppCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and eliminate non-value-added activities. /ppImplement process improvements and redesign workflows to create leaner, more efficient ways of working. /ppDrive initiatives towards process automation, with the long-term objective of minimizing or eliminating manual mailbox handling. /ppDocument and communicate new processes, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder questions and feedback. /ppMonitor process stabilization, incorporate improvement feedback where needed, and ensure a successful handover to the operational team. /ppEducation /ppBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /ppExperience /ppExperience in process analysis, process improvement, or Continuous Improvement initiatives. /ppExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an operational environment. /ppExperience in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related areas such as Logistics, Purchasing, or Sales is an advantage. /ppKnow-how /ppProcess mapping and workflow analysis. /ppProcess optimization and automation mindset. /ppStakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. /ppLanguages /ppEnglish – Full professional proficiency (written and spoken). /ppGerman – Nice to have. /ppPortuguese – Nice to have. /ppWorking Style and Methods /ppStrong analytical and structured way of working. /ppEnd-to-end process thinking with a continuous improvement mindset. /ppAbility to quickly understand complex processes and identify practical solutions. /ppProactive and organized approach to driving process changes. /ppPersonality /ppCollaborative and communicative. /ppCurious and eager to learn. /ppSolution-oriented with a focus on simplification. /ppOwnership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. /ppExchange with colleagues around the world /ppHealth insurance and medical office on site /ppOpportunities for career progression and continuous professional development /ppAccess to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products /ppSports and health related activities /ppGreat access to public transports /ppSuccess stories don ́t just happen.
