Senior Program Manager, PMO

ph3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 pWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) to establish and lead our program management function. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the PMO as a one-person office initially, with potential to scale as our organization grows. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, ensure delivery discipline, and bring visibility to key initiatives across our UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liEstablish the PMO function, defining lightweight processes and governance tailored to an agile SaaS delivery model. /li liPartner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on key initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines. /li liDevelop and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and program metrics to ensure visibility for leadership. /li liFacilitate cross-team alignment, identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies. /li liSupport quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring priorities and resourcing are aligned. /li liDrive consistency in program execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. /li liServe as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting, scaling the function over time as needed. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification a plus). /li li5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or cloud-based technology company. /li liDemonstrated ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liFamiliarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and experience adapting governance to agile environments. /li liExperience managing programs in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related communications technology preferred. /li liSelf-starter comfortable operating as a one-person PMO, building structure from the ground up. /li liProficiency with program tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar). /li /ul h3WHY BROADVOICE /h3 pWe're not just building communication tools, we're creating the future of connection.
