Principais desafios: Processar e conferir faturas de fornecedores, verificar os requisitos legais/fiscais e procedimentos internos, registo de faturas, garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos para aprovação de diferenças; Gerir a caixa de e-mail dos fornecedores, comunicar com os fornecedores relativamente a contas-corrente, responder a dúvidas, encaminhar assuntos para as respetivas áreas, devolver duplicados de notas de crédito; Acompanhar a rejeição de faturas a fornecedores devido ao incumprimento de requisitos legais ou internos da companhia; Reconciliar extratos de fornecedores e resolver discrepâncias, identificar e resolver questões relacionadas a faturas, ordens de compra e pagamentos, mantendo contato com as várias áreas da companhia; Manter registos precisos das contas a pagar, análise da antiguidade das contas a pagar e acompanhamento dos itens em aberto; Registar adiantamentos a fornecedores; Analisar, verificar e conferir as contas mensais de mercadorias e serviços não faturados - GRNI PI e NPI; Apoiar nas atividades de encerramento do mês relacionadas com contas a pagar e materiais; Acompanhar e contabilizar os movimentos de inventário de materiais; Preparar e garantir a conformidade das operações com os controlos internos da companhia, mantendo o registo das evidências e da execução dos controlos com a regularidade pré-definida; Apoiar processos de auditoria; Identificar pontos de melhoria, otimizar a eficiência e a conformidade dos processos; Apoiar a equipa em tarefas decisivas garantindo a continuidade das operações do departamento tais como a conferência diária de requisições de compra, gestão de dados mestre de orders e de cost/profit centers, validar despesas de colaboradores. O que precisas: Formação superior em Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia; TOC (opcional); Experiência relevante, de pelo menos 2 anos em contabilidade; Compreensão dos princípios contabilísticos e da legislação fiscal em vigor; Excelentes competências de gestão do tempo, resolução de problemas e comunicação; Organização e atenção ao detalhe, com capacidade de analisar dados com precisão e eficiência; Motivação para trabalhar em equipa; Adaptável a mudanças e capaz de lidar com ambientes dinâmicos; Fluência em português e inglês; Conhecimentos intermédios/avançados de MS Excel; Experiência com sistemas ERP (experiência com SAP é valorizada).
