From our Sales & Marketing division for the Hospitality and MICE sector, we are looking for a Corporate Travel Agent for a leading events agency, to work with clients in the Pharma sector in Portugal.What we are looking for:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Travel.Experience in implementing processes in an agency or working directly with pharma clients.Advanced level of Amadeus (a skills test will be conducted).Valuable: C1 level in English or other languages.Experience with CVENT.Your responsibilities:Handle client requests and manage flights, hotels, and transfers.Implementation and management of travel processes for pharma clients, ensuring compliance with policies and specific protocols.Prepare and send quotes.Manage invoices and delivery notes in the billing system, handle prepayments to suppliers, and resolve any issues.What we offer:Flexible working hoursRemote workContinuous training planPermanent contractCentrally located office in Portugal
