Posição: Senior Project Manager (Híbrido em Lisboa) Com o objetivo de reforçar o Gabinete de Planeamento e Gestão de Projetos, estamos a recrutar um Senior Project Manager, com as principais tarefas: Formação superior, Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em áreas relevantes;Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos em empresas de dimensão relevante, com forte base tecnológica e orientada a produtos.Elevada proficiência na utilização de Teams, MS Project, MS PowerPoint e MS Excel;Conhecimentos em práticas de Gestão de Projetos (ex. PMP, IPMA, Prince 2, Agile, SAFe);Elevada proficiência em inglês, falado e escrito;Abordagem tradicional waterfall com alguns princípios das metodologias Agile;Experiência de utilização de ferramentas de gestão de projeto (ex: CA – PPM, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence);Experiência no setor bancário e/ou de pagamentos, será valorizado;Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e espírito de equipa;Foco no cliente e na criação de valor, com elevado sentido de responsabilidade e orientação a resultados. Competências e Conhecimentos técnicos obrigatórios: Criar novas soluções, da ideia à execução, em parceria com os membros da equipa e em alinhamento com a estratégia da empresa;Liderar a equipa do projeto garantindo dando clareza, motivação e direção à equipa;Garantir o uso consistente da nossa metodologia de gestão de projetos;Assegurar o planeamento, governança e reporting do projeto, gerindo prioridades, dependências e riscos e garantindo a evolução dos projetos dentro do prazo, âmbito e custo definidos;Prever e gerir os principais problemas, conflitos e riscos do projeto;Gerir os recursos financeiros, materiais e humanos afetos aos projetos;Divulgar pró-ativamente a informação do projeto às partes interessadas;Gerir a mudança que resulta do objeto do projeto; Esta é a nossa estratégia vencedora, construída com base nos princípios fundamentais de imparcialidade, independência e justiça na Nimber.
