Business Analyst** We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the needs of a new highly demanding project. Establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from the project, market changes, client requests derived from the project or simply users requests for enhancement of the system under development. Propose and document the most optimal solutions to meet project, users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process. Responsibilities Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements. Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts. Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment. Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Excel, PPT and data quality tooling: Power BI, SQL, and basic scripting (Python). Structured planning & execution. Ability to understand, explain and support change. Ownership & diligence.
