工作地点 / Location: 葡萄牙 · 里斯本（Lisbon, Portugal） 100% 现场办公 / On-site position 工作内容 I. 基于财税合规要求，参与制定渠道政策 参与制定符合当地财税法规的渠道政策，确保公司对外销售政策清晰、合规，降低经营风险。 II. 渠道政策预提与核销管理 维护合作伙伴关系 ：按时进行费用预提和清晰核销，管理与渠道合作伙伴的财务往来，保持良好的合作关系； 维护公司利益 ：及时完成款项追缴，确保公司利益不受损失。 III. 渠道财务分析、风险管理与监控 评估和管理渠道财务风险，定期输出渠道预测与实际损益分析，为业务决策提供数据支持； 优化渠道运营策略，支持业务增长和决策制定。 岗位要求 财务、会计、经济或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2-5年渠道财务管理或相关经验； 中文母语水平，具备流利的英语沟通能力（会葡语者优先）； 熟练使用 Excel 及其他办公软件； 良好的跨文化沟通能力，能够与葡萄牙本地团队紧密合作。 Key Responsibilities I. Channel Policy Formulation Based on Financial and Tax Compliance Participate in the development of channel policies in accordance with local financial and tax regulations, ensuring that the company’s external sales policies are clear, compliant, and minimize operational risks. II. Channel Policy Accrual and Settlement Management Maintain Partner Relationships: Ensure timely expense accruals and clear settlements; manage financial transactions with channel partners to maintain strong and transparent cooperation. Protect Company Interests: Follow up and recover outstanding payments promptly to safeguard the company’s financial interests. III. Channel Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Monitoring Evaluate and manage financial risks within the channel; regularly provide forecasts and actual profit/loss analyses to support business decision-making. Optimize channel operation strategies to support business growth and strategic planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in channel finance management or a related role. Chinese speaker with fluent English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus). Proficient in Excel and other office software. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work closely with the local Portuguese team.
