People powered. Technology enabled. About the Role We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers. This professional will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, monitoring and observability solutions, and dashboards to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, data engineering, observability tools, and analytics with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to new challenges. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions, including metrics, logs, and tracing, using tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Collectd, Vector, Beats, Fluentd, and others; Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models to collect, process, and store data from multiple sources; Build dashboards and visualizations using Kibana, Grafana, or similar tools, providing insights for operational and business teams; Monitor and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments (Docker), ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability; Work with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, or Streamsets to manage data flows; Write and maintain scripts and automation tools using Shell, Python, Perl, Go, SQL, or similar languages; Analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights through statistical and analytical methods; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize queries, and ensure data quality and observability best practices. Requirements Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, architecture, and Shell scripting; Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker/Containers; Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Collectd, Vector, Beats, Fluentd; Solid understanding of streaming and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, Streamsets); Experience in data engineering, including ETL, data modeling, and data pipelines; Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Shell, Python, Perl, Go, SQL, etc; Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and query optimization; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights and identify patterns in complex datasets; Critical thinking and process improvement mindset, with ability to propose creative solutions; Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
