German-Speaking Marketing Optimization SpecialistsLocation:  Lisbon - Onsite Join our fast-growing, multilingual team supporting a global leader in digital advertising. In this role, you’ll serve as a Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization, collaborating with internal teams and engaging with high-value clients to drive advertising success. You’ll work onsite, in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, with comprehensive training provided from day one.  Your Responsibilities Design and implement optimization strategies tailored to client goals Create keyword sets, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations Analyze account and campaign data to guide performance improvements Prepare reports to support strategic decisions Optimize across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), YouTube, and Mobile Spot opportunities to enhance campaign results and support sales interactions Maintain deep familiarity with processes, tools, and policies Deliver high-quality customer service to Account Leads Bring fresh ideas and solutions to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Native-level fluency in German and excellent command of English Background in digital marketing, account management, or client services minimum 1 year AdWords Search Certification (a plus) 1-2 years experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.); Strong analytical and critical thinking skills A proactive work ethic and comfort working both independently and in teams Ability to absorb and apply extensive technical knowledge Passion for excellence in customer experience and service delivery
