We are looking for an Application Support & DevOps Responsabilities: Application and operational support and maintenance of services in operation; Application and operational preparation of new services; Service management. Monitoring of service levels; Coordination, control and monitoring of application deployments (automated); Implementation of monitoring and service control tools; Interface between 1st Line (Customer Service/Operation) and 3rd Line teams (technical/business); Analysis and resolution of External/Internal, Technical/Functional Incidents; Application Support during working hours, alternating night shifts with other team members. Requirements: Knowledge of the SQL language (databases). Knowledge of AIX / Linux user operating systems. Mixture of technical and functional skills. Scripting experience (shell/bash). Knowledge of TIBCO BW. Plus Knowledge of WAS. Plus Knowledge of Control-M. Plus Knowledge of Elastic Search / Grafana. Plus Knowledge of Ansible. Plus Technical/functional knowledge of the Digital Payments area. Plus Good level of English. Plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High sense of responsibility.
