Customer Service – Lisbon – Français C1-C2 & English B2 Localisation : Lisbonne, Portugal Mode de travail : Présentiel Type de contrat : CDD 6 mois, Temps plein Horaires : Lundi – Vendredi, turnes rotatifs de 8 heures entre 06:00 – 22:00 (communiqué avec 1 mois davance) Jours libres : Samedi et Dimanche Date de début : 8 janvier 2026 Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service pour Website Solutions, parlant français C1–C2 et anglais, pour rejoindre un environnement présentiel et dynamique à Lisbonne. Le rôle consiste à fournir un support client de qualité pour des solutions web et marketing digital, gérer les demandes et assurer la satisfaction des clients. Il est impératif davoir de lexpérience ou des connaissances en marketing digital et/ou webdesign, et dêtre enthousiaste à ce sujet. Responsabilités principales Répondre aux demandes clients liées aux solutions web et marketing digital Fournir un service client efficace et professionnel Documenter les interactions et incidents dans les systèmes internes Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes complexes Maintenir la satisfaction client conformément aux standards de lentreprise Profil recherché Français : C1–C2 Anglais : requis Expérience ou connaissances en marketing digital et/ou webdesign (impératif) Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client Capacité à travailler présentiel à Lisbonne Rémunération et avantages Base Salary : 900 euros sur 14 mois Performance Bonus : 80 euros sur 12 mois Meal allowance : 7,63 euros par jour Envie de rejoindre cette équipe ?
