What Are the Primary Job Responsibilities?

  • Perform whitebox penetration testing on global web applications, AI models, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Execute adversary simulations assuming a post-breach environment across Windows Active Directory networks.
  • Conduct source code analysis and secure code reviews to identify logic flaws and common OWASP vulnerabilities.
  • Provide actionable remediation guidance and collaborate directly with international development teams.
  • Own technical side-projects and contribute open-source tools to our internal offensive security toolkit.

What Skills and Qualifications Are Required?

  • Experience: 3–4 years of practical offensive security, pentesting, or ethical hacking experience.
  • Code Literacy: Ability to read, audit, and understand application code snippets across standard languages.
  • Core Fundamentals: Solid foundation in Active Directory, network protocols, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and OWASP Top 10.
  • Mindset: An authentic hacker mindset, curiosity, and high agility to learn complex architectures rapidly.
  • Communication: Fluent English skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
