Join the Randstad Global Offensive Security Team as a Pentester (Offensive Security Specialist). You will secure our global tech ecosystem by performing 100+ annual whitebox penetration tests and 30+ adversary simulations across cloud, AI, web applications, and Windows Active Directory networks. What Are the Primary Job Responsibilities?
- Perform whitebox penetration testing on global web applications, AI models, and cloud infrastructure.
- Execute adversary simulations assuming a post-breach environment across Windows Active Directory networks.
- Conduct source code analysis and secure code reviews to identify logic flaws and common OWASP vulnerabilities.
- Provide actionable remediation guidance and collaborate directly with international development teams.
- Own technical side-projects and contribute open-source tools to our internal offensive security toolkit.
What Skills and Qualifications Are Required?
- Experience: 3–4 years of practical offensive security, pentesting, or ethical hacking experience.
- Code Literacy: Ability to read, audit, and understand application code snippets across standard languages.
- Core Fundamentals: Solid foundation in Active Directory, network protocols, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and OWASP Top 10.
- Mindset: An authentic hacker mindset, curiosity, and high agility to learn complex architectures rapidly.
- Communication: Fluent English skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
