Stay up to date with the latest advancements in applied physics, optics, and advances in spectroscopy for clinical applications. Communicate findings effectively across disciplines, ensuring alignment between theoretical and experimental efforts. Contribute to research publications, patents, and presentations at leading conferences. Requirements ✔️ Strong expertise in applied physics, optics, photonics or related fields with a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge to perform real-world experiments in an interdisciplinary setting. Proven experience working in an experimental laboratory based setting, ideally collaborating with data scientists, interdisciplinary scientists and engineers Experience with designing, building and optimizing optical instruments or methods. Proficiency in optical simulations and data analysis using Python, Julia or similar tools. Track record of working in (interdisciplinary) teams Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment that may require adapting quickly to new directions Deep curiosity for solving interdisciplinary problems with an innovative and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into practical applications and to non-specialists in a clear and engaging manner. Proven track record in scientific publications Qualifications ✔️ PhD in Nanoscience, Physics, Physical Chemistry or related field.
