Do you speak fluent German, know your way around accounting, and want to grow in finance? We’re recruiting a Junior Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a global medical technology leader whose work improves the lives of patients worldwide. You’ll be based in beautiful, coastal Porto .
This is your gateway into international finance operations , with real exposure to global O2C processes from day one.
What You'll Do
- Process orders: handle customer orders and inquiries by email, accurately and on time
- Bill it right: generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies
- Follow the cash: perform daily cash application of customer payments
- Chase what's due: monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
- Support customers: resolve simple queries and escalated complex disputes
- Close the books: assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audits
- Keep data clean: maintain customer master data in the ERP
You're a Great Fit If You
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Have 6+ months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations
- Speak German at native or fluent level, with English at C1
- Have solid accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills
- Are confident in Excel , including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Are detail-oriented, customer-focused and good at multitasking
