We are looking for a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join our team (Remote)

Lead the development of scalable backend services using PHP (Symfony) and Go;
Own business‑critical systems end‑to‑end, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability;
Drive architecture decisions and support the transition from monolith to microservices;
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes);
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust and business‑oriented solutions;
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices, including AI‑assisted development;
Optimise system performance, costs, and ensure high availability in production environments.

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
Strong experience with PHP (Symfony) and solid knowledge of Golang;
Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems;
Hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of Redis, REST APIs, and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog);
Experience with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) is a plus;
Strong ownership mindset, problem‑solving skills, and focus on performance and scalability;
Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency;
Good communication skills and fluent English.
