We value flexibility and innovation. /ph3The Role /h3pAs a Senior Product Owner on the Platform development team, you will empower developers with the tools, systems, and workflows that make innovation faster and more reliable. You’ll be a key member of the Platform team, partnering closely with the Senior Product Manager and Engineering Managers to translate platform strategy into actionable work for engineering teams. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role that bridges product intent and engineering execution — ensuring the internal platforms we build are scalable, secure, and deeply aligned with developer needs. /ph3What You’ll Be Doing /h3ulliBe responsible for eliciting requirements in the form of user stories acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features and components. /liliEstablish and maintain domain expertise on the product. /liliBring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using commercial understanding to generate innovative solutions. /liliBe an enabling force driving effective and sustainable change, guiding the business through the journey. /liliPlay a key role in self‑organizing agile delivery teams. /liliWork within a collaborative environment, liaising with stakeholders across the global organization and the broader delivery team. /liliPlay a key role within the PO community, sharing industry best practices and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and cross‑skilling. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliExperienced Product Owner, ideally with experience in Developer Platforms or Internal Tooling. /liliProven track record managing and delivering complex products and features. /liliDeep understanding of agile delivery processes, with experience supporting multiple engineering teams. /liliDepth of technical understanding within your area of expertise and the maturity to work independently, delivering effective updates and identifying barriers that would prevent completion of initiatives. /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. /liliExperience using data and metrics to inform decisions and track platform adoption. /liliPassion for improving developer experience, streamlining processes, and scaling systems that support innovation. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience working in a multi‑product environment. /liliKnowledge of the sports betting business. /liliExperience with integrating third‑party feed providers. /liliDrive for results and an action‑oriented approach, pursuing work with energy and drive. /liliCustomer focus profile, building and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations. /liliCredible and efficient communication across a range of channels and audiences. /liliResilience and confidence under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude despite adversity. /liliCooperative approach and partnership with others across the organization. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunities /h3pAt Blip, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
