A Quadrante procura reforçar a Unidade de Negócio de Buildings and Urban Development com um Client Manager, de acordo com a estratégia de crescimento definida. Com projetos nacionais e internacionais de diversas tipologias e escalas, a Quadrante oferece uma experiência profissional única no mercado nacional. Responsabilidades:Gerir (end-to-end) contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos da Unidade de Negócio;Desenvolver o negócio nesta área, procurando ativamente oportunidades para a gestão da implementação de projetos;Desenvolver relações de confiança com os diversos stakeholders – investidores, entidades licenciadoras, projetistas, construtoras. Perfil:Formação Superior em Arquitetura (fator eliminatório);Mínimo de 5 anos em funções semelhantes;Experiência e formação em gestão de projeto;Elevada proatividade e criatividade;Boas capacidades analíticas;Experiência em business development (preferencial)Conhecimentos avançados em Inglês (obrigatório).
