Xperts Council opened a subsidiary in Porto in August 2018, where the majority of its Project Managers are located. It is the French leader in a new and rapidly expanding sector of "knowledge brokerage” with 40% of its business coming from international markets. OUR BUSINESS Our mission is to build bridges between experts, generally CXOs or former Management Executives, and our clients who are looking for high quality sector information to make their strategic decisions (purchase of a company, diversification, best practices, etc). OUR JOB Finding the best industry experts in all types of markets (bio-cement in Europe, mattresses in Nigeria, contactless payments in Asia, etc. ) within 24 hours, and across the globe, to have them talk to our clients about their sector and its developments. Our clients conduct telephone interviews directly with our experts (mostly current or former business leaders) and thus gather unique information from 10-15 years of experience in these markets that can influence their strategic decisions and even build a better future for their company. THE POSITION A very comprehensive position combining customer relations and business analysis. Being a Consultant at Xperts Council means taking on the responsibility of independently conducting research to find experts on key missions. Xperts Council will be responsible for training the Consultant to work on global projects with demanding clients. Progressively in direct contact with the client, you will challenge their brief, before conducting a quick analysis of the sector concerned, and launching your search for experts. It's your responsibility to identify the right profiles, contact them to ensure their relevance, and then convince them to participate in a consultation with our clients. You will then need to know how to present them in a concise and impactful way to your client, all within a very short timeframe (typically less than 48 hours) , and often in a very competitive environment. You will gradually develop your responsibilities, and may be required to take charge of well-known client accounts that you will develop in the Private Equity sector, Strategy Consulting space or other Corporate organizations.
