A MKTalent está a recrutar para cliente com sede em Lisboa, um Head of Marketing. Principais Responsabilidades: Criação e desenvolvimento do departamento de marketing da empresa; Implementação de estratégias de marketing 360º, abrangendo design, marketing de performance, marketing tradicional e marketing digital; Garantir a execução eficaz das campanhas; Definição e acompanhamento de objetivos ambiciosos para o crescimento da empresa; Análise de resultados e otimização contínua das estratégias de marketing. Requisitos Mínimos: Profissional com experiência comprovada e sólida carreira na área de marketing, com um mínimo de 10 anos de experiência; Formação em marketing, sem necessidade de especificidade, mas com um conjunto diversificado de competências; Disponibilidade para realizar viagens ao estrangeiro, conforme as necessidades dos projetos (fator obrigatório); Fluência em inglês a nível avançado (fator obrigatório); Experiência prévia em agências de marketing ou comunicação e empresas finais (fator preferencial); Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial nos primeiros 6 meses, seguido de um regime de trabalho híbrido.
