Job Description

Are you ready to build a successful career in Portugal? We’re seeking passionate and ambitious individuals to join our customer service team in Lisbon.

You’ll work for a renowned Swiss telecom company providing cutting-edge mobile and high-speed internet services. As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you’ll play a key role in closing sales for various subscriptions and products while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

For candidates relocating from across Europe, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, including:

  • Administrative support to help you settle in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers.
  • Present and sell our subscription plans and products (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer doubts or complaints.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Confident in presenting products/services over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and resilient personality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively.
Daily Activities
  • Handle inbound customer calls.
  • Offer tailored solutions and close sales.
  • Answer queries about subscriptions and services.
  • Identify and address customer needs and preferences.
