About The Job Manage the Tax team activity, ensuring the quality of the acknowledgement and treatment of clients' requests, in accordance with market rules and internal procedures. The Team Leader coaches and fosters the development of the activity Your Main Activities Are Guarantee the quality of the operational procedures related to the Tax activity Plan the team's activities, defines goals, follow-up daily activities and control performance Follow-up and guarantees the resolution of complex escalations by the team. Provides technical knowledge Coordination of recruitment processes, training plan, appraisal review and integration of new joiners Coach team members considering their skills, fostering their development Ensure operational activities are in line with market regulations, keeping up with market changes Ensure first level of control and if necessary puts in place an action plan Reviews/creates new KPIs to have quality data on the tax activity Profile And Skills To Success Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting Fluent (C1‑C2) English level Knowledge of operations and processes Ability to collaborate / teamwork Decision making Ability to deliver / results driven Ability to share / pass on knowledge Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment Ability to understand, explain and support change Ability to conduct a negotiation Skills in Office pack (Excel, PPT, Word) Why joining BNP Paribas?
