Develop and monitor our existing and continuously expanding Salesforce environment (Service, Field Service, Sales, B2B Commerce, etc.); Independently analyze and understand the requirements of various stakeholders, including project, interface, infrastructure, business, and integration partner teams; Take ownership of the technical and functional management of Salesforce development in line with company goals; Design and implement solutions within the system using Salesforce best practices; Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on custom applications, automations, and API integrations. What are we looking for? +3 years of experience working in Salesforce development; Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as configuration of complex Salesforce environments; Experience in interface design and system integration involving Salesforce; Familiarity with release management and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps, Git, SFDX) (is a plus); Independent, structured working style combined with an open and communicative personality; Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
