ICT Program Director

ph3About This Opportunity /h3pWe are looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Program Director (PD) who will lead number of projects in the CSS (Cloud Software Services) BOS domain (BSS/OSS)) towards its goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality in accordance with the agreement made with the project sponsor. You will ensure that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the satisfaction of Customer, Program sponsor and Ericsson. To be successful, you will record details and clarify the project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan and monitor all necessary activities. Depending on the project category and complexity, you will be active participant in the project governance group and engage Stakeholders. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliBuild a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.), become a sort of Ericsson “agent” at to increase the customer’s trust in Ericsson as a Partner. /liliManage projects operational relationships with the customer, arranging meetings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. /liliBe responsible for contract fulfillment, establish the program organization, the project plan baseline, clarify scope and secure vital resources at the right cost level and supervise all activities. /liliManager conflicts and critical issues within a program. /liliManage program scope and change requests meticulously, ensuring all changes are assessed for impact, approved through proper governance, and fully documented with supporting evidence to maintain transparency and audit readiness. /liliWork closely with the account team during pre-sales, responsible for contract execution strategy, cost estimations, time resource planning. /liliSupport organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven. /liliProvide strong leadership to drive cross-functional teams and program success. /liliHandle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring /liliDrive improvement activities related to risk assessments and risk management /liliActively seek to improve top and bottom lines, managing project finances and by identifying and driving add-on-sales opportunities /liliMentor the project team and support their professional growth /li /ulh3Vendor Partner Management /h3ulliOversee third-party vendors and subcontractors across the full lifecycle of the program/project /liliNegotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure cost efficiency, service levels, and compliance with Ericsson and customer requirements. /liliAlign vendor activities with Ericsson’s delivery commitments, ensuring seamless integration and coordination. /liliServe as the escalation point for vendor-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining collaborative relationships. /liliMonitoring vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual terms, and driving improvements were required. /liliEnforce adherence to Ericsson’s governance, compliance, and security standards in all vendor engagements /li /ulh3You will bring /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent /liliProven track record in leading large Transformation Programs in Operators within ICT, BOS domains with a minimum budget of 10MUSD /liliProven experience leading large-scale Systems Integration programs with tight deadlines, involving coordination across multiple vendors and diligent management of diverse subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to contractual obligations. /liliPrime integration experience. /liliDemonstrable

more than 10 years in project and/or program manager role; or equivalent leadership role within ICT sector /liliDomain and Technology

BSS, OSS. /liliAreas of Expertise: Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, Order Care, Catalogue Manager implementations /liliCertification: PMI© project manager certification (PMP) or equivalent /liliProven problem-solving skills and good in written spoken communication /liliCustomer focused and desire understand business and customer needs /liliProfessional attitude with solid ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results /liliGood team player with high interpersonal skills /liliStrong Leadership Skills are required /liliProficiency in English /li /ulh3Additional Requirements /h3ulliPeople Management experience and MBA is plus /liliExperience related to project management methodologies, techniques and tools. /liliProfessional competence related to the project type and the nature of the project outcome. /liliExperience of working within the Telecom/IS/IT industry. /liliExperience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment using phone, mail and collaboration tools as communica
