Overview
We are looking for a motivated French-Speaking Customer Service Technician to join our client\'s team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer and technical support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive an excellent service experience.

Qualifications
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Good level of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
