Your Responsabilities Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and modern frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot). Lead technical decisions, ensuring architecture quality, code standards and best engineering practices. Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features within agile cycles. Write clean, maintainable, testable code and promote continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers and supporting knowledge sharing within the team. Contribute to the design of microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance and improve reliability. Help shape the technology roadmap and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs. Your Profile +7 years of experience in Java development; Expertise in Spring/Springboot; Experience in microservices architecture; Experience with Azure cloud; Experience with Terraform; Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Knowledge in Kafka; Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; Knoeledge in Kotlin (nice to have); Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); Fluent in English.
