Job Description:About the Role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Cyber Threat Analyst to join a leading company in the telecommunications sector. This role requires expertise in threat detection, deep and dark web analysis, and malware investigation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid model with both remote and on-site responsibilities in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Detect potential data leaks and security breaches.
  2. Analyze activities related to potentially criminal threats.
  3. Conduct deep and dark web investigations to identify security risks.
  4. Perform malware analysis and identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
  5. Assess network security, focusing on DNS, IPv4, and IPv6 protocols.
Must-Have Requirements
  1. Fluency in Portuguese (native).
  2. Strong experience with threat detection and analysis.
  3. Expertise in malware research and investigation.
  4. Hands-on experience with deep web and dark web security monitoring.
  5. Solid knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Windows Server operating systems.
  6. Strong understanding of networking protocols (IPv4, IPv6, DNS).
  7. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
