Introduction & Summary: As a member of our Expertise Development Pole, the Software Architect will play a crucial role in driving expertise development across various domains, accelerating transformation, and fostering innovation. This role demands a blend of technical excellence and a passion for innovative solutions in cloud environments. You will be instrumental in initiatives designed to support business growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead software development teams in the implementation of innovative projects.
- Explore emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead technical decisions in cloud projects, promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with teams across all software lifecycle phases.
- Define development standards and guide teams on best practices.
- Integrate containerization platforms for efficient deployment.
- Design scalable architectures for enterprise applications.
- Ensure security best practices across all components.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Expertise in backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js.
- Strong experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and process automation.
- Ability to assess technical and business trade-offs.
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for new trends.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse teams.
- Autonomous decision-making and innovative thinking.
- Critical thinking capabilities.
- Mandatory: English C1+
- Nice to have: French B2+

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on learning and development. We are looking for an individual who is committed to continuous growth and innovation. This position is Hybrid 2x per week in Lisbon/Oriente.
