What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and design effective test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Apgar's data management solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Identify and report software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and provide detailed information to facilitate root cause analysis.
- Lead the Testing team and provide technical guidance in testing best practices.
You are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar testing role, with a focus on data management technologies.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of databases, data warehouses, and data integration technologies.
- Previous Experience on leading Testing activities / team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
