We are searching for a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Lisbon on a part-time basis As a DevOps Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our companys infrastructure ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications Your role will involve collaborating with software developers system administrators and other IT professionals to streamline our development and deployment processes The ideal candidate will have experience in software development as well as expertise in automation scripting and working with popular DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes They should also have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our companys infrastructure using DevOps principles
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure efficient code integration and deployment
- Automate processes using tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain documentation of configuration changes and updates
- Continuously improve development processes to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of LinuxUnix operating systems
- Experience with automationconfiguration management tools eg Ansible Puppet
- Familiarity with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
