Working in Lisbon: Customer Care Advisor (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:

  1. A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
  2. Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  3. Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
  4. Having a drive for excellence and professionalism
  5. Being a real team player and committed to your work
  6. Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  7. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
  8. Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What's in it for you?

  1. Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
  2. Working hours: full time (40h/week) from Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
  3. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
  4. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950-1100€ gross/month
  5. (*) Compensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
  6. For international candidates:
  7. Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
  8. Airport pick up
  9. Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
  10. Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
  11. Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
