Overview
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking (Native European) + English (B2) Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant and multicultural team in Covilhã, Portugal. If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Your Role
- Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Native Portuguese speaker (European Portuguese) with good English proficiency (B2).
