Through our three powerful brands, Panametrics, Reuter-Stokes and Druck, PSI provide customers with precision sensor and instrumentation technologies across pressure, temperature, flow, gas, moisture, radiation and neutron applications across the planet's harshest environments.

You will be responsible for the regional marketing strategy and activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands for the Europe region. Success will be measured by your ability to develop a winning regional marketing strategy to grow lead and opportunity pipeline.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Utilizing available market intelligence on customer requirements, unmet needs and market trends, develop and own the Europe regional marketing strategy for the three Precision Sensors and Instrumentation businesses (Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes).
  2. Developing deep domain understanding of the differing needs and wants of each sub-region, country, market, vertical and groups of customers and tailor the Europe regional marketing strategy accordingly.
  3. Aligning with the common process for Regional Marketing activities across the three PSI businesses developed by the Regional Marketing Leader that details how regional marketing campaigns are conceptualized and executed.
  4. Partnering with the Commercial teams, the Product and Digital Marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns applicable for the needs of specific sub-regions, countries, vertical markets, customers and channel partners encompassing areas of Marketing such as content localization, local content deployment channels, channel partner marketing, SEO/SEM and tradeshows/events.
  5. Partnering with the PSI Product and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that regional marketing campaigns are effectively deployed to as wide a target audience as is appropriate considering budget and bandwidth of team members.
  6. Owning and managing PSI channel partner marketing strategy and execution for the Europe region, ensuring content is available in appropriate languages for target sub-regions, countries and markets.
  7. Partnering with the Regional Marketing Leader – PSI to develop an all-encompassing regional marketing strategy for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Have a Bachelor's Degree (BA or BSc.) in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  2. Have demonstrable extensive experience in Regional Marketing.
  3. Have demonstrable experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.
  4. Be technically competent with expertise in content localization and deployment, channel partner marketing, localized SEO/SEM, events management and a wide range of other marketing skills.
  5. Have the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of regionally and globally located stakeholders.
  6. Be fluent in English. Effective professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers. Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
  7. Be influential, energetic and enthusiastic, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.
