We are currently looking for Senior Defect Manager to join our team.

Location: Remote, Portugal.

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
  • Min. 5 years of experience as a Defect Manager;
  • Experience in defect management roles;
  • Experience with multi-platform testing environments;
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle;
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies;
  • Experience with tools for defect reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvement;
  • Experience with Jira;
  • Experience managing the defect life cycle across multiple platforms;
  • ISTQB certification or similar (plus);
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
  • Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
