Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cybersecurity Officer to join a leading global financial organization.

This role involves contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of security policies, supporting operational teams in executing security action plans, and collaborating with cyber and IT teams to ensure the security of both the organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies and strategies.
  2. Analyze and assess security risks of technologies, security tools, and services, and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Collaborate with Cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure alignment with the organization's security objectives.
  4. Develop security indicators, dashboards, and reports for executive management.
  5. Supervise internal security control testing and validation.
  6. Support the CISO in driving the AI & Data Cyber Governance.
  7. Assist in risk assessments for solutions offered by the AI & IT Innovation department.
  8. Ensure that security policies and actions align with the broader organization's objectives.
  9. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of applications and associated security documentation, including Risk Assessments and Pentests.
  10. Track and manage the implementation of risk remediation plans and support the setup of risk committees.
  11. Review and manage access requests (Iwave, MyAccess, Mobisubscribe, etc.).

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  1. Over 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
  2. Strong understanding of AI technologies, their potential, impact, and infrastructure security.
  3. Proficiency in IT risk management and analysis.
  4. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, EBIOS RM, ISO 27001.

Language Skills:

  1. English – Fluent (Mandatory).
  2. French – Conversational (Preferred).

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  3. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  4. Client-focused with strong adaptability.
