Join Our Team as a B2B Sales Specialist in Thessaloniki

Are you a motivated sales professional fluent in Portuguese seeking an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

If you currently reside in one of Portugal's major cities, such as Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro, Faro, Évora, or Setúbal, and are considering relocating for work, we want to hear from you

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be a vital part of our sales operations, responsible for:

  1. Sales Calls and Presentations: Conducting engaging sales calls and presentations while providing excellent service to our clients.
  2. Customer Assistance: Offering empathetic support to customers, helping them with app usage and guiding them through inquiries.
  3. Issue Resolution: Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while escalating unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams.
  4. Account Management: Managing client accounts and building long-lasting relationships, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
  5. Product Promotion: Promoting new products through consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
  6. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and participating in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
  2. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, ideally B2B, or in customer service roles.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.
  4. Support Software Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support software and troubleshooting tools.
  5. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable using sales tracking tools and open to feedback for personal and professional growth.
  8. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
