The role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team, specialising in a unique aspect of our community: Experience. It is crucial to ensuring a high NPS and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. You will collaborate with the team to create an outstanding experience for our community by:

  1. Resolving community requests promptly via the ticketing tool
  2. Ensuring everything is ready for family's arrival and having a hands-on approach during turnover weeks
  3. Ensuring families have an outstanding experience in each touchpoint of the journey
  4. Developing relationships with families and understanding their needs and interests
  5. Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities through interaction with families
  6. Assisting new families in integrating into the community
  7. Communicating upcoming activities to maximise participation
  8. Managing content for the internal UGC channel to build the brand in social networks
  9. Ensuring seamless information flow within the team
  10. Coordinating with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless handover during arrival
  11. Participating in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessions
  12. Partnering with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media during opening times of new locations

You will be responsible for:

  1. Planning events and workshops that promote bonding, including a give-back program
  2. Establishing an events calendar for each cohort of Events, Activities, and Experiences
  3. Building win-win partnerships with local vendors, and exploring opportunities to earn referral commissions and discounts for our families
  4. Building the Services offering with partners, organising and implementing in coordination
  5. Success metric: events & services filled to capacity OR revenue, NPS

About you
  1. Live in the local city or close to the area in order to commute daily.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience within a Guest Relations/Customer Experience or Community Building role within a hospitality setting
  3. Minimum 1 year experience in assisting with organising events or facilitating community-building activities, demonstrating the ability to plan, organise, and execute events or workshops that foster community engagement and promote bonding.
  4. Fluency in English and in the local language of the site
  5. Financial expertise to create and manage budgets for events and services, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  7. Great organisational skills to manage the volume of customer requests received
  8. Experience in managing 3rd party vendors
  9. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  10. Enthusiasm: exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude
