Описание: Newrest is a multinational company specializing in airline catering. The group operates in more than 50 countries and focuses on innovation, continuous improvement, sustainable development, and people-centered operations.
Задачи
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze payroll, attendance, recruitment, and HR administration data, ensuring information quality and integrity;
- Develop and maintain HRdashboards, reports, and performance indicators;
- Automate data collection, processing, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and process digitalization;
- Monitor trends and deviations in personnel costs, absenteeism, hiring, and temporary work, and propose improvements;
- Provide analytical and functional support to HR system users;
- Collect, validate, and prepare data required for payroll processing;
- Process monthly payrollwhile ensuring compliance with deadlines and applicable legislation;
- Calculate and validate salaries, allowances, deductions, and other payroll items;
- Support the preparation and validation of payroll reports and related legal and tax obligations;
- Prepare and submit mandatory declarations and reports to the relevant authorities;
- Analyze and reconcile payroll deviations and inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions and process improvements;
- Answer employee questions about compensation and payroll processing;
- Ensure the confidentiality, consistency, and reliability of HR data and reports.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a similar field;
- Experience in payroll and HR data analysis is mandatory;
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools;
- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll;
- Good English skills;
- Strong analytical,organizational, and accuracy skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
